※No guide is accompanied for this tour. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (no sightseeing guide will be provided).
※Please understand this in advance that seats on the bus may be shared or in front of or behind each other depending on the number of participants. We cannot accommodate your request for bus, train or boat seating.
※Adult & Child fee (applied to 6 and older) will be the same. Infant fee (aged 3-5 years old) includes only a bus seat. No service other than a bus seat will be provided.
※Meeting time is based on local time in Japan.
■The timing of the autumn foliage may vary slightly depending on weather conditions. Please note that the tour will depart as scheduled once confirmed, regardless of the progress of the autumn leaves.
■It is about a 15-minute walk one way from the Shirakoma Pond parking lot to Shirakoma Pond.
■Since there will be walking involved, please participate in comfortable clothing and well-worn shoes.

Cancellation of Tour Contract / Refunds

(1) Cancellation before the start of the tour
- [1] You may cancel the Tour Contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee set forth below. The "Tour Contract Cancellation Date" in the schedule below is the day when we confirm the cancellation request you have made during Our Company's business hours on a business day.

* In the case of the Company is not receiving clients and the clients have an airline ticket: the time when luggage inspections, etc., have been completed in the area of the airport where only passengers can enter
* In the case of Tour Contracts including the use of a chartered ship: in accordance with the separately provided provisions for cancellation fees (including when specified in Pamphlets, etc.)
