Guiding or instructional materials will be provided only in Japanese.
However, you will get the necessary information and written documents in English/Chinese for your convenience.
In case of an emergency, your tour conductor will use translation apps to contact you on tablet devices.

※In case of cancel…We will let you know at least 4 days before the departure date.
※This course has a final itinerary (with definite departure times and course details). The final itinerary will be sent by e-mail 5-7 days prior to departure.
※We will not distribute the itinerary on the day of departure. Please print or screenshot the itinerary on this page if necessary.
※No guide is accompanied for this tour. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (no sightseeing guide will be provided).
※Please understand this in advance that seats on the bus may be shared or in front of or behind each other depending on the number of participants. We cannot accommodate your request for bus, train or boat seating.
※Adult & Child fee (applied to 6 and older) will be the same. The infant (applied to 3-5 and older) tour fee includes a bus seat and JR fee only.
※During the summer, please take adequate measures to prevent heatstroke and enjoy your trip.
※If you experience any symptoms of heatstroke, please do not hesitate to inform your tour guide immediately.
※To prevent heatstroke, tour conductor will work in light clothing and may use protective gear (such as hats or parasols) depending on the situation.
※The boarding section of the Oza-Toro-Tenbo Train may be traveled in the reverse direction.

For trolley cars departing between June and September, there are no window frames. We recommend bringing a raincoat or similar gear in case of rain.
